It is HPS policy to sell body armor to sovereign state Citizens and/or Nationals of the united states, who have not been convicted of crimes (felonies OR misdemeanors) which would prohibit, by LAWFUL authority, the purchase or ownership of firearms OR body armor. Sales outside the fifty sovereign states of the united states of America are subject to strict U.S. State Department munitions export regulations. It is the SOLE responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all transactions conform to Federal, State and Local Statutes, Codes, and Ordinances.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell ANY of our products or services to ANYONE at ANY TIME should HPS determine that the purchaser is a member or participant of any of the following, but not limited to, criminal syndicates, criminal "gangs", extremist groups, etc., or for ANY REASON WHATSOEVER! If for any reason you cannot or will not comply with the terms or conditions as outlined here, please shop elsewhere.

  • HPS neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for HPS any other liability in connection with the sale or use of the goods sold, and there are no oral agreements or warranties collateral to or affecting this agreement.

  • HPS hereby gives notice that any statement made by HPS in the sale of the goods, shall not create any warranty that the goods shall be fit for any particular purpose.

  • Statements, images or discriptions are informational only, and not made or given as a warranty of the goods in any way.

  • HPS specifically disavows any other representation, warranty, or liability related to the condition or use of the goods.

  • This warranty does not cover any consequential damages, and the liability of HPS is limited to repairing or replacing the goods.

  • Pursuant to the provisions of the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, this product is sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS". The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the product is with the buyer.

    We resell pre-owned police-issued body armor, and, as such, HPS cannot express or imply a warranty of any kind. HPS is not an insurer, and bears no liability for any use, misuse, failure to perform, riot, act of God, UN troop invasion, black helicopters, alien invasion utilizing weaponry of unknown technology or any other damn thing out there!

    Privacy Statement:

    We respect your privacy. Any information you provide while ordering products remains confidential and is used for billing and shipping ONLY. NO information is sold or used for any other purpose or mailing list.

    WE NOW ACCEPT VISA AND MASTER CARD. Credit card orders will be accepted by phone, or mail ONLY, not by email or over the internet. Orders made by credit card will be shipped ONLY to the address to which the card is billed. (Address verification).

    Refund Policy:

    H.P.S. will replace an item, issue a credit or refund the purchase price should the customer determine that the item is not as described, or is unsatisfactory, provided that the item is shipped back to H.P.S. in good condition, within one day of receipt.

    Body Armor or other products of a personal nature must be returned immediately should they be found to be unsuitable or of the incorrect size. Retention of property beyond 24 hours of receipt shall be considered as final acceptance, except where return shipping is not possible until the next normal business shipping day. Therefore, a one day approval period of such products is advertised and the customer is advised of such at time of order.

    In the case of video tapes, should the tape be found to be defective, a refund or replacement will be sent upon return of the tape and verification of its being defective. Unopened video tapes may be returned for a refund of the purchase price.

    For IMMEDIATE shipment of your order, payment by United States Post Office Money Order is the ONLY OTHER form of payment we accept.

    Any other Money Order, Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks, etc. MUST clear my bank before I ship--NO exceptions.

    Payment is also accepted in the form of cash (Federal Reserve Notes), gold or silver (at the prevailing value), U.S. Silver coins.
